Consultancy Model & Delivery Framework

Marvel System’s operating model starts with a conversation about the client’s objectives and constraints. The purpose is to understand the business need before proposing a service, project structure or delivery route. This helps avoid recommending a generic solution before the requirement is properly defined.

1. Understand: Listen to the client, clarify the context, identify the desired outcome and document constraints such as budget, timing, approvals, technology or internal capacity.

2. Define:
Translate the discussion into a practical brief. Confirm scope, deliverables, exclusions, milestones, decision-makers, communication arrangements and acceptance criteria.

3. Coordinate:
Determine which capabilities are needed and whether the work should be handled directly, by a specialist partner or through a hybrid arrangement. Where partners are involved, confirm suitability and agree responsibilities and commercial terms.

4. Deliver and Review: Manage the agreed process, maintain communication, address decisions and changes through an agreed route, and review the outcome against the original brief.

Direct, Partner-Led and Hybrid Delivery: Direct consultancy is appropriate when the required work falls within Marvel System’s own capability and agreed role. Partner-led delivery may be appropriate when a project requires specialist skills, additional capacity or a service discipline better provided by another firm. Hybrid delivery may combine consultancy and coordination from Marvel System with defined specialist work by one or more partners. The delivery structure should be disclosed to the client where relevant and agreed before execution. Contracting, invoicing, liability, ownership of work, data handling and warranties must be clearly documented for each engagement.

Engagement Principles

» No assignment begins without an agreed understanding of the requirement and scope.
» Deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms and change-control procedures are documented.
» Client and partner responsibilities are explicit.
» Confidential information is shared only as needed and under appropriate safeguards.
» Progress communications and approvals follow the agreed process.
» Outcomes are evaluated against documented objectives, not unverified promotional claims.
